John Peter VAN HOUTEN 
John Peter was born on July 7th, 1762.1 John Peter's father was Pieter Van HOUTON and his mother was Rachel (Lyons) LEIN. His maternal grandparents were Conrad LEIN and Catherine REITAN. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Adrian, Adrian, Peter, Coenraed (Conrad), Catherine, Mary, Agnes, Eleanor, Rebecca and Annaetye (Anna). He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 52 in 1814.1

Rachel was born on September 5th, 1790.1 She died at the age of 69 on April 26th, 1860.1
John Kidney VAN HOUTEN
John Kidney was born on July 8th, 1801.1 He died at the age of 31 on October 20th, 1832.1
