Blevins/Blair
1836 in Tennessee. She was born 1820 in Missouri, and died March 23, 1900
in Richland Township, Newton County, Arkansas.

male, 20-30, 2 female 0-5, 1 female 15-20 and 1 female 70-80. The
seventy
year old female may have been Elizabeth, mother of Lemuel, John, Samuel
and Martin Sr. Lemuel would have been 24 and Peggy would be 20, while
daughter Elizabeth would be 3, Mary Jane would be 1. In 1860 Lem had
forty acres of land on Richland Creek about 1 1/2 miles due west of
Moore,
Arkansas. This land description was SE1/4, SE1/4, Section 21, Range 19
West,
Township 13 North. It is believed that Lem and Peggy had 13 Children.

Peggy's
maiden names have been recieved from three different sets of
great-granchildren. With Blair being the most mentioned. C.L. Boyd
believes
that the Alexander Standridge family went from Pickens County, South
Carolina to Franklin County, Tennessee to Marion County Tennessee, to
Union
County, Illinois and back through Missouri to Carroll County, Arkansas
and
finally settled on Richland Creek in Newton County, Arkansas.
