Rhoda E. was born on June 28th, 1857 in Pike Co., AL.1 Rhoda E.'s father was Wade Hezekiah Pugh and her mother was Hicksey Talbot. Her paternal grandparents were Burrell B. Pugh and Barbara C. Smith. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Burrell Franklin, Hezakiah Kyle, Joseph D., Jeffeson, Yancy, Maria and Barbara. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 81 on July 27th, 1938 in Andalusia, Covington Co., AL.1 -
