Mary Ann Pody 
Mary Ann was born in 1822 in Wilkes, GA.1 Mary Ann's father was Andrew Jackson Pody and her mother was Nancy Dudley. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Pody and Mary (?). She had two brothers and five sisters, named Henry Jackson, James, Elizabeth, Frances, Rebecca, Nancy Jane and Mahala Catherine. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died in Coosa Co., AL.1 
‌Mary Ann and David Lindsey were married in a religious ceremony on September 18th, 1842 in Coosa Co., AL.1 They had five sons and four daughters, named J. William, John D., David Lonnie, Joseph D., James, Nancy J., Mary Ann, M. A. Lucinda C. and Martha M..
