Sarah Elizabeth Meyers

Sarah Elizabeth was born on February 2nd, 1845 in Kershaw Co., SC.¹   Sarah Elizabeth's father was Washington Davis Meyers and her mother was Tamer Henrietta McCoy.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 75 on February 22nd, 1920 in Columbia, Richland Co., SC.  She was buried in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Kershaw Co., SC.^1 1 

‌Sarah Elizabeth and William James were married in a religious ceremony on May 31st, 1865 in Kershaw Co., SC.¹   They had a son named Charles Benjamin.
