Willis Robert Lindsay

Willis Robert was born on September 17th, 1911 in LA.¹   Willis Robert's father was Joseph Crawford Lindsay and his mother was Ludie Ann Woods.  His paternal grandparents were James Crawford Lindsay and Elizabeth Wilson. He had four brothers and five sisters, named James Lonnie, John L., Thomas Andrew, Joseph C., Mary Connie, Elizabeth, Susie Ann, Cora Adeline and Flora Bell.  He was the youngest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 57 on August 30th, 1969 in LA.  He was buried in Twin City Memorial Gardens, Ouachita Parish,  LA.^1 1
