Mary Ruth was born on May 21st, 1916 in Marshall Co., AL.1 Mary Ruth's father was Edward Gordon Ledbetter and her mother was Lilly Kate DeArmond. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Douglas Ledbetter and Nancy Jane Walker. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Everett John, Burley Bryan, Ruby Gordon and Lenora. She was the second youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 77 on May 28th, 1993 in AL. She was buried in Panquin Cemetery, near Grant, Marshall Co., AL.1 1 -
