Perry D. Kelley 
Perry D. was born on April 19th, 1913 in Holt, Okalosa County, Florida.1 Perry D.'s father was Frank Joshua Kelley and his mother was Estelle Rebecca Summerlin. His paternal grandparents were John Shorter Kelley and Lucy Ann Gavin. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Elmer Ezra, Leon, James L., Amanda, Alma, Lucile and Gracie. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 78 on January 14th, 1992. He was buried in Mud Creek Cemetery, Lakeland, Lanier County, Georgia.1 1 -
