June 14, 1793 Kershaw County, SC. Deed Book A, pages 106 and 107. Martha
Spradley of Kershaw Co, SC releases right of dower or alimony to William
Hardage of Fairfield County and by my free consent do not allow that I
have had any claim since March 20, 1773. Witness Allen Perry.
*JLB Note: See 1820 Census for Lincoln Co., TN. for Martha
Spradley. No males enumerated. Females: 0-0-1-0-1. Thus she was over
45. Families next to her were George Blackmore over 45 and Zachariah
Hardridge also over 45. Is she the widow of Charles Spradley or Dillard
Spradley?
She might have died in Lincoln Co. TN
