Evan Groom

Evan was born about 1772.¹ Evan's father was John, Sr. Groom and his mother was Phebe Cooper. His maternal grandparents were Thomas, Sr. Cooper and Phebe Hibbs. He had two brothers and a sister, named Thomas, John, Jr. and Mary. He was the second oldest of the four children.
