Shadrack Garrett 
Shadrack was born in 1808 in Campbell, Virginia.1 Shadrack's father was Elijah Caleb Garrett and his mother was Mary Ann Casey\Cayce. His paternal grandparents were Stephen Garrett and Magdalene Bernard; his maternal grandparents were Aaron Casey\Cayce and Mary (Polly) Wayne. He had eight brothers and a sister, named Abraham Ellison, Isaac D., Pleasant, Thomas, John, John, Elijah, Elijah and Mary Elizabeth. He died at the age of 81 on February 22nd, 1889 in Pickett County, Tennessee.1 -
