Permeilia Catherine was born on January 27th, 1867 in Wilson, Texas.1 Permeilia Catherine's father was George Washington Garrett and her mother was Elizabeth A. Ware. Her paternal grandparents were William Garrett and Permeilia Motes. She was an only child. She died at the age of 37 on May 15th, 1904.1 -
