Louisa Rachel Garrett 
Louisa Rachel was born on December 29th, 1885.1 Louisa Rachel's father was Creed Garrett and her mother was Julia Ann Beaty. Her paternal grandparents were Loderick Garrett and Mary L. Pryor. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Joseph W., James Marion, Hobert Robert, Moses, Victoria, Mary Frances, Eliza and Florida. She was the second youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 73 on October 4th, 1959.1 -
