Francis Garrett

Francis was born in 1879.¹ Francis' father was John M. Garrett and her mother was Sarah "Sallie" Carter. Her paternal grandparents were Robert* Jackson, Jr. Garrett and Kissiah* Rials. She had a brother and three sisters, named James Carter, Susanna Anna, Nancy and Georgia Lane. She was the second youngest of the five children.
