Ernest Greely Garrett

Ernest Greely was born in 1903.¹   Ernest Greely's father was William Anderson Garrett and his mother was Amanda Virginia Brooks.  His paternal grandmother was Martha J. Little. He had five brothers and four sisters, named John Ammie, William Marvin, Autrie Lee, J. P., Carmen Anderson, Lura Bell, Martha Vera, Eva Mae and Cumi.  He was the third oldest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 76 in 1979.¹
