Barney Foster Garrett 
Barney Foster was born on May 4th, 1892 in Walton County, Florida.1 Barney Foster's father was Joseph Henry Garrett and his mother was Macy Louisa Gatlin. His paternal grandparents were Overstreet Wiley Garrett and Elizabeth A. Roberson. He had a brother and a sister, named Robert Jonathan and Cora Lee. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 84 on January 5th, 1977 in Walton County, Florida. He was buried in Hatcher Cemetery, Freeport, Walton County, Florida.1 1 General Notes
