Claud Chalmas Douglas

Claud Chalmas was born in 1895.¹ Claud Chalmas' father was John William Douglas and his mother was Margaret Mozelle McNeil. His paternal grandparents were Silas William Douglas and Mason Emeline Trulove. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Wallace Graham, Walter Avent, John Hundley, Myrtle Mae, Mayme T. and Carrie Lee. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 19 in 1914. He was buried in Mason Cemetery, Escambia County, Alabama.¹¹
