Rosie Burdell Davis 
Rosie Burdell was born on May 20th, 1917.1 Rosie Burdell's father was Aleck Arthur Davis and her mother was Josephine Davidson. Her paternal grandparents were James Monroe Davis and Sarah Caroline Steele. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Virgil, Aubrey Dean, Nettie L., Doris Inez, Ruby Irene and Stella. She was the second youngest of the seven children. She had two half-sisters named Atrice and Beatrice. She died at the age of 73 on October 11th, 1990. She was buried in Zion Hill Cemetery, Covington County, Alabama.1 1 -
