Frances E. Cooper 
Frances E. was born about 1840.1 Frances E.'s father was Isaac Cooper and her mother was Caroline Armstrong. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel, Sr. Cooper and Elizabeth Eliza Bartlett. She had two brothers and two sisters, named George Pomeroy, Fenimore, Caroline Florence and Alice. She was the oldest of the five children. She died on May 11th, 1924 in Des Moines, Iowa.1 -
