William Castellaw 
William was born about 1750 in Duplin Co., NC.1 William's father was Thomas Castellaw and his mother was Sarah Ashley Williams. His paternal grandparents were James, Sr. Castellaw and Sarah Williams. He had two brothers and a sister, named Thomas, Henry and Sarah Lee. He was the second oldest of the four children. He had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Peter, Ann, Charlotte Castilo and Penelope. He died in ?.1 General Notes
