William L. CLOTTS

William L. was born in March 1884 in Ohio.¹   William L.'s father was Joseph Clotts and his mother was Elizabeth Carpenter.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph CLOTTS and Unkown UNKNOWN; his maternal grandparents were Unknown Carpenter and Sarah UNKNOWN. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Carl W., Frank F., Edwin G., Clark, Jennie B., Della and Hazel.  He was the third oldest of the eight children.
