Frank F. CLOTTS

Frank F. was born in November 1886 in Ohio.¹   Frank F.'s father was Joseph Clotts and his mother was Elizabeth Carpenter.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph CLOTTS and Unkown UNKNOWN; his maternal grandparents were Unknown Carpenter and Sarah UNKNOWN. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Carl W., William L., Edwin G., Clark, Jennie B., Della and Hazel.  He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
