Lawrence Wittic Bell 
Lawrence Wittic was born on August 2nd, 1898 in Repton, Conecuh County, Alabama.1 Lawrence Wittic's father was James Matthew Bell and his mother was Susan J. Brantley. His paternal grandparents were Bazel Bell and Ellender Humphry; his maternal grandparents were Oren Brantley and Nancy Hawkins. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Arthur Freeman, Thomas Rosco, Grover Cleveland, Henry Grady, Nannie Eleanor, Effie Jane and Ola Pauline. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 39 on March 29th, 1938 in West Palm Beach, Florida.1 -
