William Cooper Barbour

William Cooper was born about 1850.¹ William Cooper's father was Thomas Barbour and his mother was Emily Cooper. His maternal grandparents were Cortland Comly, Ship Chandler Cooper and Sally ? Cooper. He had a brother and a sister, named George Gordan and Isabella. He was the youngest of the three children. He died in 1861.¹
