Nancy Ann Anderton

Nancy Ann was born in 1830 in AL.¹   Nancy Ann's father was James Berry, Sr. Anderton and her mother was Mary Cantrell.  Her paternal grandparents were James Anderton and Peggy Morris. She had six brothers and four sisters, named William, James Berry, Jr., Pleasant Monroe, Clement C., Unknown, Thomas M., Unknown, Cary Ann, Unknown and Unknown.  She was the fifth youngest of the eleven children.  She died after 1880 in Brooksville, Blount Co., AL.¹ 

‌Nancy Ann and William Bluford were married in a religious ceremony on January 6th, 1844 in Blount Co., AL.¹   They had a son named Henry Monroe.
