Bartholomew Alford

Bartholomew was born in 1551 in Whitestaunton, Somersetshire, England.¹ Bartholomew's father was ALEXANDER (Reverand) ALFORD and his mother was UNKNOWN AGNES. His paternal grandparents were JOHN ALFORD and UNKNOWN Miss. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Solomon (Salaman), WILLIAM (John), John, Mary, Alice, Elinor and Bridget. He was the second youngest of the eight children.
