verdon was born about 1305. Verdon's father was Theobald De VERDUN BARON OF VERDUN and her mother was Matilda (Maud) De MORTIMER. She had a brother and three sisters, named William De, Joan De, Elizabeth and Margaret (Margery) De. She was the third oldest of the five children. She had a half-sister named Elizabeth (Isabel)de.
