Joan De VERDON

Joan De was born on August 9th, 1303 in <Of, Alton, England> and her baptism took place on August 11th, 1303 in (31-1334), Onibury, Shropshire, England.  Joan De's father was Theobald De VERDUN BARON OF VERDUN and her mother was Matilda (Maud) De MORTIMER. She had a brother and three sisters, named William De, Elizabeth, verdon and Margaret (Margery) De.  She was the oldest of the five children. She had a half-sister named Elizabeth (Isabel)de.  She died at the age of 31 on October 2nd, 1334 in Alton, Staffordshire, England.  She was buried in Croxden Abbey, Croxden, Staffordshire, England.
