Princess Adela of England

Adela was born in 1062 in Normandie, France.  Adela's father was William I "The Conqueror" King of England de Normandie and her mother was Princess/Queen of England Mathilde de Flandres. She had four brothers and seven sisters, named Robert II, Richard, William II "Rufus", Henry I Beauclerc, Gundrade, Adelisa, Cecilia, Constance, Agatha Matilda, Anna and Margaret.  She was the fifth youngest of the twelve children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named William I and Gundrid.  She died at the age of 73 on March 8th, 1135 in Marsilly, Charente-Maritime, France.
