Torquat (Tortulfe) de Rennes

Torquat (Tortulfe) was born about 0800 in Rennes, Anjou, France.  Torquat (Tortulfe)'s father was Hugues II "Le Mefiant" of , Count of Tour Bourges.  His paternal grandfather was Luitfrid II Count of Upper of Alsace. He had a brother and two sisters, named Luitfrid III Count of Upper, Ermengarde , Countess of Tours and Bertha.  He was the second oldest of the four children.  He died in 0860.
