William de Latham 
William was born about 1400 in Astbury, Cheshire, England. William's father was Hugh Leon of Congleton de Latham and his mother was Joyce Latchkey. His paternal grandparents were Philip Andrew of Congleton de Latham and Mary de Chester. He had three brothers named Thomas Timothy of Gongleton, John and Robert. He was the youngest of the four children.-
