Gundred de was born about 1117 in of, Warwick, Warwickshire, England.  Gundred de's father was William II de Warenne (Warren) Earl of Surrey/Earl of Surrey and her mother was Isabel (Elizabeth) de Vermandois.  Her paternal grandmother was Gundred Princess of England Countess of Surr/Countess of Surr; her maternal grandparents were Hugh "The Great" Crepi Count of Vermand and Adelaide Countess of Vermandois. She had two brothers and a sister, named William III de, Reginald de and Ada de. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Waleran Count of, Robert "Bossu" de and Isabel (Elizabeth) de.  She died in Warwickshire, England.  She was buried in Kelso, Roxburgh, Scotland.
