William WELSH

William was born about 1587 in <Ottery St. Mary, Devon, England>.  William's father was Thomas WELSH and his mother was Mrs.. He had a brother and a sister, named Richard and Marie.  He was the youngest of the three children.  He was buried on May 15th, 1614.
