Richard WELSH

Richard was born about 1573 in <Ottery St. Mary, Devon, England>.  Richard's father was Thomas WELSH and his mother was Mrs.. He had a brother and a sister, named William and Marie.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He was buried on June 18th, 1639.
