William de Valognes , Chamberlain of Scotland 
William de was born about 1135 in Panmure, Forfarshire, Scotland. William de's father was Philip de Valognes , Lord of Panmure. His paternal grandparents were Robert de Valognes and Agnes. He had a sister named Sybil de. He was the younger of the two children. He died in 1219 in Kelso, Lanarkshire, Scotland. He was buried in Lord of Panmure.General Notes
