Sybil de Valognes 
Sybil de was born about 1125 in Panmure, Forfar, Scotland. Sybil de's father was Philip de Valognes , Lord of Panmure. Her paternal grandparents were Robert de Valognes and Agnes. She had a brother named William de. She was the older of the two children. She died after 1212 in Appleton Priory, Yorkshire, England.
