Avice De Toriton 
Avice De was born about 1185 in Great Torrington, Devonshire, England. Avice De's father was Sir William III De William De Sir/Torrington and her mother was Mrs. William 1152 Torrington. Her paternal grandparents were Sir William II Baron De Torrington Sir and Mrs. William 1134 Torrington. She had a sister named Sybil De. She was the younger of the two children. She died after 1246.General Notes
He [William Martin] married Avice DE TORITON, apparently sister of Fulk DE BREAUT…. He died before 15 February 1215/6, when the custody of his lands and heir was granted to Fulk de BreautÈ. His widow Avice (in one place called Alice) had dower allowed her in April 1216. She married Nicholas DE BOLEWILL, and was apparently living in 1246.
