Luitgarde of Sulzbach

Luitgarde of was born in 1120 in Sulzbach, Oberpfalz, Bavaria.  Luitgarde of's father was Berenger I Count of Sulzbach and her mother was Adelaide von Wolfratshausen. She had a brother and three sisters, named Gebhard III Count of, Gertrude von, Mathilde von and Bertha von.  She was the second youngest of the five children.  She died at the age of 42 in 1162.

‌Luitgarde of and Godfrey II Count of were married in a religious ceremony in 1139 in 1st husband.  They had a son named Godfrey III Count of.

‌Luitgarde of and Hugo von were married in a religious ceremony after 1143 in 2nd husband.  They had a daughter named Luitgard von.
