Roger le Strange, 2nd son of John le Strange, 2nd Baron Strange, who became 4th Baron Strange of Knockyn, and summoned to Parliament February 25, 1342, to March 10, 1349. This nobleman was made Knight of the Bath, 20th of Edward II, 1327, and in reign of Edward III was in the wars of Scotland and France. He married Jane, daughter and co-heir of Oliver, Lord Ingham.
