Sprota Adela de was born about 0913 in Senlis, Oise, Picardy, France.  Sprota Adela de's father was Herbert II Count of Troyes & Vermandois and her mother was Liegarde Princess of France. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Robert I Comte de Meaux &, Albert I "The Pious" Count of, Renaud I Seigneur de, Alix de and Luitgarde de.  She was the oldest of the six children.  She died in 0945.
