Her paternal grandparents were William I de Say , of Sawbridgeworth, Sir and Beatrice de Mandeville; her maternal grandparents were Henry Earl of Huntingdon , Prince of Scotland and Ada de Warenne. She had a sister named Beatrix de. She was the older of the two children. She died before March 28th, 1222.General Notes
