Reginald was born about 1100 in Dunstanville, Kent, England.  Reginald's father was King Henry I "Beauclerc" England King and his mother was Sibyl (Adela) (Lucy) Corbet.  His paternal grandparents were William I "The Conqueror" King Of England and Matilda (Maud) Flanders [Queen England]; his maternal grandparents were Baron Robert Corbet Baron and Mrs. Robert Cobet. He had two brothers and six sisters, named William Constable Of, Gilbert Of, Eustacia De, Sibylla, Daughter Of, Emma Of, Joan (Elizabeth) and Gunherd Of. He had nine half-brothers and eight half-sisters, named Henry, Son Prince Of, William "Atheling", Richard, Robert "The King's Son", William De, Henry, Robert, Herbert II, Maud Princess Of, Elizabeth Princess Of, Euphamia Of, Adelaide Of, Matilda "The Empress" Princess Of, Constance  Of, Alice Princess Of and Rohese.  He died on July 1st, 1175 in Chertsey, Sussex, England.  He was buried in Sheriff Of Devon.
