Matilda was born in 1031. Matilda's father was Count Baldwin V OF FLANDERS and her mother was Princess Adela Of France CARPET. Her paternal grandparents were Count Baldwin IV "Fair Beard" OF FLANDERS and Otgive DE LUXEMBOURG; her maternal grandparents were King Robert II "The Pious" Of France CAPET and Queen Constance Of France OF ARLES. She had two brothers named Baldwin VI "The Peaceable" And Artois and Robert IV "Le Frison". She was the oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 52 in 1083.-

Henry I "Beauclerc" "The Good Scholar" was born in September 1068 in Selby, Yorkshire, England and his baptism took place on August 6th, 1100 in Acceded the throne, Westminster Abbey. He died at the age of 67 on December 1st, 1135. He was buried in Reading Abbey.
