Her paternal grandparents were Raffe NORWOOD and Jane KNIGHT; her maternal grandparents were sir Robert THROCKMORTON and Muriel BERKELEY. She had four brothers and two sisters, named William, Edward, Robert, Henry, Margaret and Jane. She was the youngest of the seven children.-
