Geoffrey was born about 1085 in Beaudesert, Warwickshire, England.  Geoffrey's father was Sir Ralph Meurdach Sir.  His paternal grandfather was Sir Richard Fitzmeurdach Sir. He had two brothers named Brother Of Geoffrey and Ralph.  He was the oldest of the three children.  Geoffrey is no longer alive.
