Warin de Munchensy , of Gooderstone, Sir 
Warin de was born about 1113 in Edwardstone, Suffolk, England. Warin de's father was Hubert de Munchensy , of Edwardstone, Sir and his mother was Miss Godric , Heiress of Little Melton. He had a brother named Hugh de. He was the younger of the two children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Roger de and Sarah de. MUNCHENSY OF NORFOLK
WARIN DE MUNCHENSY, founder of the younger branch of this family, son of Hubert DE MUNCHENSY, of Edwardstone, followed Roger de Munchensy in witnessing his elder brother Hubert's confirmation of their father's grant to Castleacre Priory ; and with (his said brother) Hubert witnessed the foundation charter of Buckenham Priory about 1151. It has been supposed that Warin acquired his feudal position mainly by marriage; but, if the inquest of 1212 may be trusted, some at least of the fees of Godric dapifer were granted to Warin's ancestors by Henry I : these seem to have been settled upon him, and he also held other property. But his descendants were enriched when part of the Lacy estates and the Talbot fee came to them as a consequence of Warin's marriage, the whole inheritance then forming the Barony of Munchensy.
He married Agnes, younger daughter and coheir of Payn FITZ JOHN, by his wife Sybil. Warin died in or before 1162, when his relict was wife of Haldenald DE BIDUN, whom she survivcd. In 1185 she was a widow, said to be aged 60, with 3 sons, Sir Ralph and Sir William de Munchensy, knights, and Hubert de Munchensy, a clerk. ‌Warin de and Agnes were married in a religious ceremony in 1st husband. They had two sons and two daughters, named Ralph de, William de, Frethesanda de and Alice de.

William de was born before 1158 in Gooderstone, Swaffham, Norfolk, England. He died before May 7th, 1204 in Swanscombe, Dartford, Kent, England.
