John le Marshal , Sir 
John le was born about 1144 in Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, Wales. John le's father was John "The Marshal" FitzGilbert and his mother was Sibyl de Salisbury. He had a brother and two sisters, named William, Maud and Margaret FitzGilbert. He was the oldest of the four children. He died in 1194.
