John De MORTIMER 
John De was born in 1300 in Of, Wigmore, Herefordshire, England. John De's father was Edmund De MORTIMER LORD OF WIGMORE and his mother was Margaret de FIENNES. His paternal grandparents were Roger de MORTIMER and Maud De BRAOSE; his maternal grandparents were William de FIENNES KNIGHT and Blanche de BRIENNE. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Roger, Hugh De, Walter De, Edmund De, Matilda (Maud) De, Joan De, Margaret and Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 18 on January 3rd, 1318.-
