Hawise De was born about 1170 in Of, Chester, Cheshire, England.  Hawise De's father was Hugh DE MESCHINES 3rd EARL OF CHESTER and her mother was Bertrade De MONTFORT (EVREUX) COUNTESS OF CHESTER. She had a brother and six sisters, named Ranulph De, Amice de, Maud De, Agnes of, Mabel De, Daughter De and Nichola De.  She was the oldest of the eight children.  She died after June 6th, 1241.  She was buried before March 3rd, 1242.
