Thomas MALLORY

Thomas was born about 1437 in Studely, Yorkshire, England. Thomas' father was William MALLORY and his mother was Dionisia TEMPEST. His paternal grandparents were William Mallory , of Papworth, Sir Knight and Perhaps Miss de Papworth; his maternal grandparents were William TEMPEST and Eleanor WASHINGTON. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named John, Christopher, Henry, William, Robert, George, Richard, Eleanor, Isabel, Elizabeth, Johanna and Margaret. He was the sixth oldest of the thirteen children.
